Opportunity for Comment

At its February 26, 2015 meeting, the Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College Board of Governors approved release of the following institutional policies for a 30-day public comment period.  Proposed new language is underlined; proposed deleted language is stricken.  The comment period is Monday, March 2, 2015 through Wednesday, April 1, 2015.  During this period interested parties may submit written comments concerning the proposed policies.  Subject to comments received, policy proposals may be changed.

  1. SCP-2234, Work Schedules
  2. SCP-2875, Workload for Regular Full-time Faculty
  3. SCP-5074, Selection, Adoption, Use and Sale of Textbooks and Other Course Materials

The Board of Governors and administration invite interested parties to submit comments concerning these proposals during the comment period. Please forward all written comments regarding the policies posted for review and comment to:
