In accordance with Title IX of the Educational Amendments of 1972, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, and other regulations, the West Virginia Higher Education Policy Commission, the West Virginia Council for Community and Technical College Education, Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College's Board of Governors, and each institution will enunciate the following equal opportunity nondiscrimination policy in all major publications reaching prospective students, faculty, staff and the general public.
