3 This course is an introduction to principles and procedures in accounting for a corporation and manufacturing-type businesses. Topics include preparation of the statement of cash flows, financial statement analysis, introductions to managerial accounting and methods used to report and analyze financial performance to decision makers internal to the firm, cost accounting, budgeting, standard cost systems, breakeven analysis, and ratio analysis.
