Service above self...Joanne Jaeger Tomblin, President of Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College was the guest speaker at the Charleston-Vandalia Rotary Club meeting held on October 5th at the Christ Church United Methodist. West Virginia First Lady and Rotary Club President Gayle Manchin introduced President Tomblin who gave a college overview as well as shared information about new programs, including WV Gas and Oil Well Tender.
