Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College employees Dr. Dean Lucas and Ann McCormick, were recently recognized by Governor Joe Manchin during a Public Service Recognition Week ceremony held at the State Capitol in Charleston. Dr. Lucas was recognized for 35 years of service and McCormick for 30 years during the Governor's Awards Ceremony celebrating government employees. Both received a Certificate of Appreciation presented to them by Gov. Manchin. He said that each public employee is an integral part of the extraordinary team allowing The Mountain State to grow constructively.
