House of Delegate member and newly appointed Finance Chair Harry Keith White, Southern's President Joanne Jaeger Tomblin and Superintendent of Mingo County Schools Dwight Dials enjoy a moment following the Tug Valley Chamber of Commerce's Annual Legislative Luncheon held December 18 on the Williamson Campus.
Guest speakers were State Senator H. Truman Chafin, Delegate K. Steven Kominar and Delegate White. All three touted the progress and anticipated economic growth in Mingo County.
