The Logan County Deputy Association has established the Kevin Ball Memorial Scholarship at Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College. The scholarship funds will be administered through the Southern West Virginia Community College Foundation.
Graduates of Man, Chapmanville and Logan high schools will be eligible for the scholarship in May 2008. Scholarship applications will be distributed to the area high schools by Logan County deputies.
