Harmony 365 Candlelight Vigil

Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College in partnership with the local NAACP officially kicked off their Harmony 365 celebration during a Candlelight Vigil held on Sunday, February 21 at the Logan Street Baptist Church in Williamson. Fullen, president of the Williamson Branch, NAACP. The event also celebrated Black History Month and the NAACP Centennial.
