Students and Associate Degree Graduates in Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College’s Teacher Education program.
You can now earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Teacher Education close to home! Beginning this fall, Bluefield State College will offer the final two years of the Bachelor of Science Degree Teacher Education program at Southern’s Wyoming/McDowell campus in Saulsville.
If you are interested in a Bachelor’s degree in Education and Certification in Elementary Education, this program is a great fit for your career goal. This program is available for SWVCTC Associate Degree Teacher Education graduates. Flexible delivery modes, including on-site courses, designed to provide easier access for students.
Bluefield State College hosting a meeting at the SWVCTC-Saulsville Campus on July 19 @ 10 am-3 pm to determine interest in fall BSC courses in Saulsville and possibly Logan. BSC Teacher Education program director Dr. Betsy Steenken will be on hand to provide more information and answer your questions.
Interested students are encouraged to attend this meeting to plan the program for a fall Southern area cohort in your area!
