Under the terms of the CTCS/KCTCS/Southern agreement, Southern will serve as the "Home College" and, as such, will provide a process for students to register for KCTCS on-line courses and will collect all required tuition and fees for these courses. Students will be considered Southern students in terms of access to institutional resources such as academic advising, library use, proctoring exams, and other students services. Southern will make available to students enrolling in these on-line courses, information regarding KCTCS and the Kentucky Virtual University (KYVU) on-line course procedures and other information that will assist the student. The instructor(s) for these on-line courses will be employees of KCTCS and will act in a capacity similar to that of an "adjunct" of Southern in terms of delivery of instruction. The primary means of communication between the student and the instructor will be e-mail and/or use of the Internet.
