BU 211 Hospitality Law (F)

This course provides an understanding of the basic foundations and principles of the laws affecting the hospitality industry. The course provides guidelines and techniques to manage preventatively and applies practical legal awareness of management’s actions. Hospitality law cannot be used as a substitute for BU 207.
