IT 160 Webserver Management (O)

3 Semester Hours
Prerequisite: CS 155.
This course will provide students with an in-depth knowledge of web server administration. How to define your site: mission, vision, purpose and goals. The material will cover domain name selection and registration, initial system selection and configuration, administering the web server,
automating account management, security issues, and troubleshooting. Hands-on experience through labs and projects will reinforce the reading, course work, and exams.
