RL 110 Understanding the Old Testament (F)

3 Semester Hours Prerequisites: EN 090, EN 099 OR minimum acceptable test scores for placement in college-level English. An elementary study of the Old Testament. Covers the date of writing, authorship, historical context, and the content of each book. Special emphasis will be placed on the fundamental chapters of Genesis (1 - 11), creation, science and the Pentateuch.
