Regional Contracting Assistance Center
The goal of the Regional Contracting Assistance Center (RCAC) is to help West Virginia businesses compete for and win government contracts, whether on the federal, state, or local level. RCAC is a private, nonprofit coproration organized in 1987 to promote economic development by assisting West Virginia companies in government marketing. RCAC is funded by the department of Defense, the State of West Virginia, Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College, and others. Headquartered in Charleston, West Virginia, RCAC serves all 55 West Virginia counties and has satellite offices located throughout the state, including an office at the Logan Campus of Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College.
