Taught by Cicerone Certified professionals, participants will learn:

• How to talk about it – provide a little education
• What the numbers mean and don’t mean and how do I explain them?
• Different styles and flavors of beer
• The Anatomy of Beer – the four raw materials: malt, hops, water, and yeast
• How to recommend to customers (marketing, appearance-visibility, building consumer base)
• Food Pairings - What beer is good with what food
• Sanitation – Properly cleaned lines and glassware
• Serving temperature
• Glassware
• Pouring
• Staff conduct
