4 Part-Time Positions (One at each campus location)

Grant Funded (Trade Adjustment Assistance Community College and Career Training-TAACCCT) 

Campus: Logan, Williamson, Wyoming/McDowell, and Boone Campuses  

Responsibilities:   Facilitate best practices in student-centric learning environment by maintaining solid, working relationship with program faculty members. Conduct test preparation programs throughout the year with the intent of reducing the number of students requiring pre-college level math, reading and English courses.  Provide tutoring services to students who are enrolled in developmental courses.  Direct program participants to appropriate college resources as needed.  Maintain accurate records.  Maintain and model professionalism in dress, manner, and appearance.  Requirements:  Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field.  Preference will be given to those who have experience teaching at the community college level.  Must have the ability to effectively communicate mathematics, reading and English concepts to students.  Computer literate, and demonstrate ability to work effectively with students, peers, and the public.  These are part-time positions limited to grant funding restrictions.
