Welcome to the Helpdesk Portal

Please submit a ticket below and enter your request or issue as completely as possible.  This way we can more effectively assign the ticket and complete your request in a timely manner.

If you would like to speak to someone please call (304)896-7474 between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm Monday through Thursday.  You can call this number after 5:00pm or on Friday through Sunday and leave a detailed message and a ticket will automatically be created on your behalf.  When reviewed, it will be forwarded to the appropriate office.

You may also send an email to helpdesk@southernwv.edu and a ticket will automatically be created.  When reviewed, it will be forwarded to the appropriate office.
