Campus:  Logan   Responsibilities:  Responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and coordination of all phases of the admissions and the registration processes and maintains an accurate and efficient student records system.  Develops and recommends policies and procedures for any area affecting student records and admissions in accordance with policies recommended by the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, West Virginia State Code, Community and Technical College System of West Virginia, and required federal compliance.  Requirements:  Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited college or university and a minimum of five years of experience in a higher education environment, preferably in student services, student records, and compliance is required.  An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.  Must possess three years of progressively responsible leadership, administrative, management, and supervisory responsibility.  Must have considerable knowledge of higher education laws, policies, practices, and procedures with emphasis on student records, especially FERPA laws and policies of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers.  Must have ability to carry out assignments and work independently and as a member of a team.  Must demonstrate knowledge of and ability to use BANNER Student Information System modules.  Must be able to travel.  Application review begins Thursday, August 31, 2017.
