This year, we will be celebrating you as you take part in Southern’s Fall Commencement Ceremony. Commencement will take place on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 10:00am in the Savas-Kostas Performing Arts Center on the Logan Campus.

Join us Saturday, December 9 to Celebrate our Graduates!

We are excited to announce that we will hold a Fall Commencement Ceremony for the Fall 2023 graduates. The ceremony will be held in the Savas Kostas Performing Arts Center on the Logan Campus on December 9th at 10 am. Details regarding the ceremony, the process to order your cap and gown, the fee for the cap and gown, and reserved seating has been sent to student email addresses.

*Attendance at the Commencement Ceremony is not mandatory.

*Note: The term candidate indicates you have applied for graduation and may participate in the ceremony. There are other factors to be considered when finalizing graduation, such as: all curriculum requirements must be satisfied, and the cumulative GPA must be at least 2.00.
