2024 HLC Visit Timeline

April 27, 2023	Discussion in town hall regarding criteria teams and possible timeline
April 2023	Criterion Groups meet for the purpose of reminding them to gather their information for their criteria, know when the focused visit is, and to remind them about 4-year visit.
May 2023	The Credentialing Committee was formed to finalize the final procedure, start new credentialing forms, and review employee files.
August 2023	First draft Focused Report presented to Board of Governors for review and discussion at its business meeting.
August 2023	Faculty Convocation for Assessment Education
October 2023	Second draft Focused Report presented to Board of Governors for review and discussion at its business meeting.
October 2023	Midterms; beginning of course reports; time for General Education Outcomes to be completed (week 8-10)
November 2023	The third draft Focused Report was released to the campus community for review and comment.
How long?	Deadline for the Board of Governors to submit comments and/or factual corrections.
	Focused Report prepared in final form, converted to PDF, bookmarked, indexed, and searchable with links.
December, 2023	2024 Focused Visit Report presented to the Board of Governors for approval.
January 15, 2024	8 weeks from the HLC Focused Visit.
February 12, 2024	Final deadline to send to HLC and visitors. Final copy must be submitted to the portal by then.
January-February 2024	Detailed plan prepared for hosting the HLC Focused Visit
March 11-12,2024	The HLC Focused Visit will take place.
