Logan, WV — Southern West Virginia Community & Technical College proudly announces that its Surgical Technology Program has been granted continued accreditation through 2035 by the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP).
This prestigious 10-year designation follows a successful site visit conducted last fall by the Accreditation Review Council on Education in Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (ARC/STSA). The review team commended the program for not only meeting but exceeding national standards, citing exceptional leadership, curriculum design, and student achievement.
