I wanted to take an opportunity to thank Southern’s Foundation Program for all the help and support they provided me while I attended Nursing School.  When I started the program in 2017, I went in without knowing just how much assistance would be offered to me.  I was fully prepared to pay my expenses with loans and a little extra cash I had saved but found out that the Foundation was there to walk me through the steps of applying for Scholarships and Grants that ended up saving me thousands.  I am forever grateful for all the help financially I received and I’m happy to say I completed the 2019 Nursing Program and started my career as a NICU nurse debt-free thanks to the Foundation.   This is an awesome program set up to help everyone succeed and walk through the process effortlessly.
