Angela is excited to be working at one of her alma maters. She loves the Community and being able to help others to pursue their dreams. She attended Southern and earned a Business Accounting, AAS. She then transferred to Marshall University and earned a Business Accounting, BBA. She started working at Southern in September 2005. She has been a dedicated employee for going on 17 years and has been in her current position of Transfer Coordinator for the past three years. She knows that starting College or any new journey can be a little scary/daunting. There are stepping stones along the way for which a person needs guidance and support. Her years of life experience as a College student and College employee have taught her that well-informed students/adults with a good support system (Family, Friends, Faculty, Instructors and Employers) helps lead to a successful/enjoyable college experience and successful students/adults. She will work diligently with you, staff, faculty and administration to help your journey to success be a smooth one. Ability is what you are capable of doing. Motivation determines what you do and Attitude determines how well you do it. Never give up. Stay focused. Stay Positive and Stay Strong.
