Charlie is the Lineman Training Specialist at Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College. Before coming to Southern in 2021, he worked for 18 years at Appalachian Power Company as a lineman, serviceman, and foreman. He also worked in Florida at the Utilities Commission of New Smyrna Beach and with Duke Energy as a lineman, supervisor, inspector, and resource manager. When Charlie isn’t working, he enjoys playing music, gardening, and riding his motorcycle.
