Stacy has served as Director of Purchasing, Accountant and Assistant Director of Development for Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College.

Stacy has also worked in varied accounting positions in the Banking and Mortgage Lending business for more than 14 years. His experience includes general ledger, account payable, accounts receivable and auditing functions. He had received distinction in the area of mortgage servicing for FHLMC and FNMA programs and the secondary market arena. For the past 20 years Stacy has served as a local pastor and continues to be very involved in non-profit work. His work in this area includes community development through fundraising, serving on local boards, grant writing and administration. He heads a disaster relief team that is deployed to disaster areas for the purpose of providing hot meals to the victims and first responders. He continues to head initiatives that assist with food insecurities, clothing and emergency shelter in communities across the State of West Virginia. He serves on the state council for his denomination which is responsible for 187 churches throughout the state. He currently serves as the district overseer of 9 other churches.
