Susan started with Southern in 2018. She started as a Human Representative in August 2018, was promoted to Human Resources Representative Senior in October 2020 and promoted to Manager Human Resources in October 2021. She is a member of Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Her favorite quote is, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t—you’re right” by Henry Ford. She enjoys working at Southern because of the wonderful people she interacts with on a daily basis.
