Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College is offering Mining Recertification Week at the Logan Campus from November 30 through December 4, 2026.

Classes will be held from 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. and cost $100 per class.

Class Schedule:

  • November 30, 2026: 8-Hour Foreman Retraining
  • December 1, 2026: 8-Hour Electrician Recertification
  • December 2, 2026: 8-Hour Surface Mining Annual Retraining
  • December 3, 2026: 8-Hour Underground Annual Retraining
  • December 4, 2026: EMT-M Recertification
