Position Overview.
Poole Realty is seeking a dependable and highly motivated Program Assistant to provide part-time support to our team.
This role requires approximately 20 hours per week and offers a weekly compensation of $400.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail,
and the ability to work independently while effectively managing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities.
Serve as a point of contact by managing incoming calls and email inquiries
Prepare and format reports, documents, and presentation materials
Organize, update, and maintain filing systems and company documentation
Perform data entry and database management with a high degree of accuracy
Assist with processing invoices and maintaining financial documentation
Qualifications.
Familiarity with QuickBooks Pro is a plus
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with a detail-oriented approach
Ability to work independently, multitask, and complete assignments on time
